*Viewer Hours Explained
Viewer Hours is an easy way to calculate how many people can watch your broadcast given the hosting package you choose. 1 Viewer Hour is equal to 1 person watching your broadcast or VOD for 1 hour. Therefore, if you choose the Dedicated Economy package with 20,000 HD Viewer Hours, you could have 1000 people watch 10 broadcasts that are each 2 hour long per month. To figure out how many viewer hours you need multiply your expected audience by the length of the broadcast by the number of monthly broadcasts.

A Virtual Server or a Dedicated Class Server is required to host Mobile and/or Set Top Box functionality. A Wowza Media Server 3 license is purchased directly from Wowza. Simply provide us with the product key and we will install the license for you into your virtual environment or onto your dedicated server.
